Pilar Presas holds a degree in Tourism, a master’s degree in Tourism Planning and Management, a postgraduate degree in Leadership and People Management, and a PhD in Tourism, Law and Business. She has been a university lecturer and researcher since 2006, specialising in tourism, business administration and management, human resources, family-run companies and entrepreneurship. She joined the Girona Chamber of Commerce in 2018 as a technician in the Business Development Area, handling European projects and running the business management office. She currently heads the 4.0 programme (FEDER Fund).
